An Interview with Moonlight Muse Tina Games

Author Tina M Games
Today I have the great pleasure of being the host on Day 5 of the Virtual Blog Tour of author Tina M Games whose book Journaling by the Moonlight: A Mother’s Path to Self-Discovery (and its accompanying deck of 54 journaling prompt cards) is celebrating its 1st birthday on Amazon on Tuesday May 3, 2011.
Author Tina M Games is certified creativity and life purpose coach. She calls herself the “Moonlight Muse” for women who want to tap into the “full moon within” and claim their authentic self, both personally and professionally. Through her signature coaching programs, based on the phases of the moon, Tina gently guides women from darkness to light as they create an authentic vision filled with purpose, passion and creative expression.
Yesterday, Tina had a podcast interview with Yvonne Perry where you can listen to it at http://writersinthesky.blogspot.com.
Today, I’d like to share a recent radio interview I had with Tina on BlogTalkRadio. It’s a particularly lovely interview because we spoke about the natural transitions that occur throughout our lives, especially as women. Tina spoke candidly and poignantly about her challenges with post partum depression, and I shared also the impact my mother’s post partum depression had made upon me when growing up. We also spoke about natural transitions such as becoming a grandmother, going through menopause, moving to a new home and many other facets of life.
If you’ve ever battled with emotional ups and downs when going through a transition in your life (we were talking mainly about women, be really the conversation is just as relevant to men) and wondered whether or not there was something “wrong” with you, have a listen to this interview. Tina’s unique outlook on the natural progression of life, and her use of the metaphor of the cycles of the moon to help us understand these progressions, is refreshing and uplifting (if the flash player does not appear on your screen, click HERE to listen to the broadcast on BlogTalkRadio)
