For years and years I have said, "If Truth is true, it must be true at all times and in all places." I even wrote it in my book (I figure maybe someday someone will quote me, lol). So anyway, the point is, if we are tapping into the same cosmic metaphor, then it stands to reason it comes from the great "Truth Library" in the Inifinite Universe. How nice it is that we have met on the same dance floor there. :-) Hey, I'm looking at your last line about growing toward the Light... if you haven't yet read my book "The Garden of the Soul: lessons from four flowers that unearth the Self", the prologue of the book is a "fairy tale" I wrote called "The Very Good King", which is where the four flowers from the book first appear. The image of growing towards the Light is an integral part of that story too. The whole tale is basically a metaphor for what happens when we allow ourselves to blossom according to our true nature versus according to what we tell ourselves is "right".
