Such an insightful concept that continuity isn&#039;t about doing but it&#039;s about being. I agree that we often try to hold onto patterns because for the moment they&#039;re lovely, and we want to keep them. But this is futile. Either these patterns are fleeting or become stale over time. Surrendering and accepting what is and what is to come can help us live a joy-full life. Thanks for bringing this truth into my conscious awareness!</description>
